How it works

Click the link, tell us who you are, where you are and what you want to do. Takes less than ten minutes.
- 02Get Approved
Approvals are done in a first in, first out manner. We are looking for alignment and commitment.
- 03Pay Event Registration fee
Once approved, and depending on the Event Host tier you selected, you will be sent the How to Pay info link. Sustainability is important for the mission.
- 04Official Event Host Kit
Event guidelines and standards, official logos, flier templates, Instagram and LinkedIn graphics, speaker cards and a presentation deck - branded, editable, ready to fill in.
- 05Report back
Within seven days after your event: we ask you to send your headcount and your five best photos, so they can be added to CTW’s regional and diaspora global recap.
